The Challenge: We are looking for a Fullstack Developer with solid experience in the Microsoft ecosystem and modern JavaScript frameworks. You will join high-level squads, developing scalable, resilient, and performance-oriented systems for global-scale clients.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications using .NET (C#) on the backend and React on the frontend.
• Model and manage relational databases using Entity Framework Core and SQL Server.
• Implement and optimize non-relational storage solutions (NoSQL).
• Ensure code quality through automated testing and architectural best practices (Clean Architecture, DDD).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).
• Contribute to the technical evolution of both HYSRTech and the partners where you are assigned.

Technical Requirements (Hard Skills):

• Solid experience with .NET Core / .NET 5+.
• Proficiency in React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux, or state management libraries).
• Advanced experience with EF Core (Migrations, LINQ, Performance Tuning).
• Strong knowledge of T-SQL (SQL Server): Stored Procedures, Views, and Query Optimization.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, CosmosDB, or similar).
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs and version control (Git).

Nice to Have (Differentiators):

• Knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud environments.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus).
• Intermediate/Advanced English (for global project collaboration).
